Disputes If any dispute, claim, controversy or difference (including in relation to any tortious/ statutory claim) ("Dispute") arises out of or in connection with or in relation to this User Agreement, including (without limitation) any question regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity or termination of this User Agreement or this clause, or any question regarding the legal relationships established by this User Agreement or the consequences of its nullity, then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the Dispute through good faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends to the other party a written notice of the Dispute.
In an event that a Dispute has not been settled amicably by the related parties by the end of such thirty (30) calendar day period, the parties hereby agree that the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration as set out below, under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre which rules ("Rules") are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The parties to the arbitration shall seek to agree on a sole arbitrator to be nominated to the Dubai court for appointment. If the parties to the arbitration fail to nominate a sole arbitrator within 30 days from the date of the service of the request upon the respondent (or such greater or lesser period as may be fixed by the Dubai Court), the sole arbitrator shall be appointed by the Dubai Court. The seat or legal place of the arbitration shall be Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, UAE.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the award shall be in English. The foregoing provisions of this clause are without prejudice to the right of Flintiq.com to seek interim relief at any time from any court of competent jurisdiction (whether or not an arbitrator has been appointed) and Flintiq.com shall not be deemed to have breached this arbitration agreement or infringed the powers of the arbitrator for having done so.
In all circumstances Flintiq.com's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Flintiq.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, wrongdoing, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit.
Flintiq.com shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Flintiq.com has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.

To claim a Return, please check if the purchased Product(s) falls under the warranty as per the Warranty Policy. Should the Product(s) be under warranty, then you can claim for Return based on the following conditions:
• Customer can claim Return for the purchased Product(s) within 3 days from the date of receiving the Product(s).
• After the 3 days of the delivery, Product(s) may only be repaired as per the Repair Policy.
• Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
• Amount of the Return only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
• Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
• If a coupon, discount, special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.

If the Product(s) is qualified for the Return, then please follow the below process to claim for a Return:

i. There will be no pickup charges if Return claim has been raised within 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery.
ii. Pickup charges will be applicable if the Return claim is made after 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery
iii. Pickup request if cancelled for any reason can be rescheduled once on request without any additional charges, however, if 2nd pick up request is cancelled, claim ticket will be auto closed.
iv. All shipments need to be delivered to our warehouse within 15 days from the date when the ticket is created. In the event, the item(s) is not received, the complaint ticket would need to be closed.
14. Inspection Process: After receiving the Product(s), it is sent for inspection:
• Approved: If the Product(s) is found faulty as per the policy then the Refund process will be initiated.
• Not Approved: For products returned in damaged condition or without complete accessories or box - item(s) to be returned to the customer
